Cute little neighbourhood cafe!! Always busy but plenty of seating to accommodate. Coffee is reliably good and pastries are nice as well. Had the ham, cheese, and pickle toastie which was a great treat! The pickles are a nice touch and balances out the flavours well. A bit too much salt on the top but nothing I couldn’t shake off

Gorgeous place, didn’t wait too long on a weekday to get inside. Coffee was fabulous, service was fast. The inside decor was also warm and friendly. The savoury pieces were absolutely delicious, cheese pulls were made and chicken was poached to perfection. Where it fell short for us was the crumpets. Beautifully presented but definitely tasted strongly of whole meal and the ricotta was sour. It was probably whipped with cream or sour cream(?) but wasn’t to our taste. The homemade Nutella had hardly a hint of hazelnut and just tasted grainy. Think if we were to come back we would probably give the crumpets a miss, and try the pastries instead…

Loved this cafe! It’s such a small but cute cafe tucked away in Mont Albert. It was so busy that we had to wait 5-10 minutes for a table at 9:30am. Most dishes are pre-made but everything was incredibly fresh. I’m dying to go back for their pastries and sweet treats! Not your standard eggs style cafe but everything was fast, fresh and delicious! Staff also incredibly friendly, always a big plus!

One of the cutest and loveliest cafes I've seen in a while! Staff are all friendly and approachable. It would've been a five star for me except for a few things. Our food did take quite a while to be served, which I found odd given we ordered a baguette that was already in the display and just needed to be toasted, but then I realised they were probably waiting for the Apple Waffles we also ordered to be ready and serve it together with the baguette. But even that was strange because the waffles come with ice cream, and most places would serve dessert after the mains. I had to smash through my baguette because I was worried about the ice cream melting and my waffles getting cold. Lastly, the menu selection wasn't really what we were expecting from a cafe for lunch, 90% are baguettes and toasties, which to me felt more like breakfast. I was really hoping for an omelette, grilled salmon, just anything warm with more proteins. Waffles and coffee are great though, so still giving a 4 star because the menu is subjective, and from the looks of other reviews most people absolutely love it, so it must be just me 😂

I love this cafe! It is so cute both inside and outside. They have a picnic area set up on the grass outside and then multiple tables inside. This is the ideal cafe if you are feeling like a delicious baked good or wanting to try crumpets with various toppings. We tried the ricotta with lemon curd and strawberries. We also shared a mushroom and kale toastie that was delicious. They provide multiple sandwich options as well as salads that can be had as a side. We also enjoyed soy lattes and a soy matcha which were both yummy. Definitely recommend checking out this cafe for a lovely breakfast or lunch.
